If a Shift Gig worker arrives at your job site and is not able to complete the work you require, simply send them home within the first hour of work and you may be eligible for a refund (up to $30) for their time.
On top of this, you can further protect yourself by using some of the other great features included in GigSmart Get Workers hiring platform. Does your business require verification reports to be completed on Workers prior to hiring? No problem. We’ve partnered with an industry leading background check provider, Checkr, to give you the option to require background checks, motor vehicle records (MVR) checks or Drug Screenings as a prerequisite to working your Shifts.
In addition, every Shift Gig worker over the age of 18 is covered with Occupational Accident Insurance coverage. This additional layer of protection reduces the potential risk on your business should a Worker be injured while they are working your Shift Gig.
