As part of Verification Opt-In, Workers can request to receive a copy of their Checkr results. Requesters will NOT be able to see any verification result; however, Workers hired for Gigs with Verified Add-Ons have passed the related checks associated with that Gig.
Background checked workers are Workers over the age of 18 who have passed a Checkr background check. For more information on background checks, please visit our Verified Gigs information page.
MVR checked workers are Workers over the age of 18 who possess a valid drivers license and have passed a Checkr MVR check.
GigSmart is confirming the availability of the hired Worker. Once confirmed, the Worker will automatically update to hired.
GigSmart offers the lowest staffing fees of any hiring platform in the industry. Standard Shift Gigs published in Get Workers are subject to a fee of 25% of the total worker’s compensation.
