Experience

A tractor operator needs to have a certain level of experience. At the very least, most tractor drivers should have a commercial driver’s license or CDL. Specific on-the-job experience will depend on the abilities you are looking for. Do you need a farm tractor operator? Then you’ll need to find someone with at least a few years of experience working with farm equipment.
