What happens if I turn off my location?
GigSmart monitors your location to notify you of available Gigs in your area. Your location monitoring can be turned off at any time, however, the app will be unable to notify you of new Gigs or Gig offers.

Once you’re hired for a Gig, you will be able to message the Requester using GigSmart’s in-app messaging feature. You will also receive the Requester’s contact information to call and text if needed.
Make sure your profile stands out to Requesters by completing all sections of your Worker profile including Skills, Work History, References, and Education, Training & Certifications.
