Mitch Catino co-founded GigSmart in 2017 and has served as COO and CPO. He built the company's operations from scratch — the product, systems, processes, and people infrastructure that now supports businesses across all 50 states. When he writes about how companies structure their workforce spend, it's from the position of someone who built a workforce platform and watched how operators use it at scale. He holds a dual major BBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
