Andy Simpson

Andy Simpson is the Chief Marketing Officer at GigSmart, the on-demand staffing and workforce management platform connecting businesses with over 2 million workers across all 50 states. He leads brand, demand generation, and go-to-market. Before GigSmart, Andy spent a decade at Facebook and Meta, most recently as Group Creative Director and Head of eCommerce at Meta's Creative Shop, partnering with the world's largest brands on campaigns across Meta's platforms — and learning, a few billion impressions at a time, what makes people stop scrolling. Earlier marketing roles at Ubisoft and Unilever included a $22MM product launch, a Gold Effie, and a Webby. He also co-founded Black Sheep Co., a marketing strategy firm. Andy holds an MBA in Marketing and Leadership from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Colorado State University, and is a Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional. Off the clock, he runs a small-batch coffee roasting business - Sunday Roast, an homage to his UK roots.
