How do you Manage Yourself in a Fast-Paced Environment?

Food expeditors get food from the kitchen to customers’ tables, but that’s not all. They need to keep track of multiple tasks at once – including prioritizing not only their own work but the work for the whole kitchen – so they need to be able to stay on top of work in a fast-paced environment. How Would you Describe Your Communication Style?

The whole restaurant communicates through the food expeditor. They are the in-between figure that balances the front of the house and the kitchen.
