Your Get Gigs account can be permanently restricted for various reasons. Restrictions are always made after careful consideration of all of the information available to us and taking into account the conditions outlined in our Terms of Service as well as our Worker Code of Conduct.
If you do not agree with this decision, you can request the reinstatement of your Get Gigs account by following the instructions outlined below.
How to request to have your Get Gigs account restriction removed
If your Get Gigs account has been permanently restricted, you may request to have it reinstated. To do so, you must complete the following:
- Print out and complete the Get Gigs Account Reinstatement Request Form.
- Mail a copy of your completed Get Gigs Account Reinstatement Request Form via certified mail to GigSmart at the following address:

What happens once you’ve made a Get Gigs Account Reinstatement Request
GigSmart will review each reinstatement request within 45 days of receipt of your certified mail. If your reinstatement request is approved, we will follow up with you via the email address and phone number submitted on your Get Gigs Reinstatement Request Form.
If you don’t hear back from us in 45 days the request for reinstatement has been denied.
GigSmart will NOT review:
- Reinstatement requests submitted without a completed Get Gigs Reinstatement Form.
- Reinstatement requests sent via any other methods outside of certified mail.
GigSmart will not respond to questions about account reinstatement until receipt of the reinstatement request has been received via certified mail.
